I was born in Southern Wisconsin but attended college in upstate New York at St. Bonaventure University on a diving scholarship.  I got my B.A. in psychology with a minor in athletic training.  I then moved to Atlanta, GA where I spent the last 20 years.  While in Georgia I received my master’s degree and specialist in education degree in counseling psychology.  I have always been involved in sports and fitness.  I was a professional high diver for several years until I finally “retired” at the age of 32.

Currently, I coach gymnastics full time and am a professional obstacle course racer.  I have been a kickboxing and agility coach for over 3 years and my current training utilizes yoga, kickboxing, cardio intensive training, rock climbing, and a lot of “ninja” play!

I have a firm belief that you need to find your weakness and dedicate time and energy to making that your strength! This will help you to grow both physically and mentally.  There is not much that our bodies cannot do if we just prepare them for it!  I love motivating and encouraging others to reach their full potentials and watch as they reach their goals!  The more difficult the journey the more rewarding the achievement!
