Hybrid Health Plan is Madison’s Leading Weight Loss and Fitness Program

At Hybrid Athletic Club we have a saying, “A FIT body is 80% Nutrition & 20% Fitness.” We see the results of this in each of the Biggest Loser sessions we participated in, and won, with NBC 15 in Madison. Our Hybrid Health Plan is comprised of a systematic small group workout plan combined with a nutrition plan to meet caloric requirements. We meet 5 days per week in the gym for 12 weeks and we’ve shown incredible results for our participants. It really is a lifestyle change and it flourishes in our supportive environment. Here are some of the stats for NBC 15’s Biggest Loser group from a few years ago. The results speak for themselves.

I’m originally a native of Barneveld. I have been a teacher in the Bellville School District for the past seven years. Also, I was the boys and girls basketball coach for seven years. I currently live in Fitchburg with my girlfriend, Erika. I enjoy watching the Badgers, Packers and Brewers. Also, I enjoy reading historical non-fiction books. First and foremost, I want to do this for myself to improve my overall health. I’m originally from England, but now I call Middleton home. I just graduated from UW-Madison and am stepping into the world of interviews. Being slimmer and looking better in a suit will help boost my confidence. I?m looking forward to this experience and can?t wait to reap the rewards. I?d signed up for the National Biggest Loser, but this sounded much better-instead of the possibility of being voted out within just one week of starting. I have three months to turn my life around.
