Adaptive Boxing

At Hybrid Athletic Club, our EveryBody Adaptive Boxing fitness class seeks to teach the basics of boxing to individuals with diverse abilities. The class will incorporate a functional warm-up, general strength and endurance training, non-contact boxing drills, a functional cool-down, and is open to EveryBody with a physical disability regardless of the cause. We will modify and adapt all activities to challenge everyone at any level!

Classes are Mondays & Thursdays 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
