4-Week Athletic Performance Camp


Elevate your performance with the same individualized training and nutrition techniques used by elite athletes.

Decrease injuries, increase your level of competitive play, and give your young athlete more opportunities for success. Our training camps give young athletes  the tools they need to improve strength, endurance, speed, power, and flexibility.

These programs include both performance training and nutrition guidance designed to improve overall performance and decrease injury risk.  One of our primary goals is to educate athletes about how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices affect their performance. 

4 Week Training Camps

Youth athletes don’t have 16–24 weeks to devote to a comprehensive strength program like collegiate or professional athletes have.  Therefore, Hybrid has taken a unique approach and developed our youth training programs around 4 to 8 week training blocks.  Each training block introduces new skills and challenges the athletes in different ways to ensure continuous development in muscle size, strength, power, and endurance.

All of Hybrid’s Youth Athletic Performance training sessions are coached by club owner and strength coach, Kjersten Bakke.  In addition, Kjersten is a former Division I Basketball player and track athlete with University of Wisconsin Badgers. She holds several strength records at Wisconsin and is currently a drug-free professional bodybuilder.  Hybrid’s safe and effective youth strength programs are built upon Kjersten’s 15 years of experience in the strength and athletic performance industry.

We provide the strength foundation kids need to reach their athletic potential. Our comprehensive strength camps develop:

  • Increased strength and power
  • Improved coordination
  • Enhanced speed and agility
  • Improved flexibility and dynamic mobility
  • Greater balance and stability

Camp Schedule

Session 1:

Dates: June 18 – July 23, 2018

Class 1 – M, T, Th 9:30 – 10:30 am

Class 2 – M, T, Th 1:30 – 2:30 pm

Session 2:

Dates: July 16 – August 10, 2018

Class 1 – M, T, Th 9:30 – 10:30 am

Class 2 – M, T, Th 1:30 – 2:30 pm

Camp Price

$240 for a 4 week training camp, which includes:

  • 12 intensive athletic performance training sessions over 4 weeks
  • Athletic performance nutrition sessions with Kjersten Bakke
  • T-shirt
