Elevate your athletic performance with the same individualized training and nutrition techniques used by elite athletes.

Decrease injuries, increase your level of competitive play, and give your young athlete more opportunities for success. Our training camps and classes give young athletes  the tools they need to improve strength, endurance, speed, power, and flexibility.

These programs include both performance training and nutrition guidance designed to improve overall performance and decrease injury risk.  One of our primary goals is to educate athletes about how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices affect their performance. 

All of Hybrid’s Athletic Performance training sessions are led by highly skilled and experienced coaches. Our safe and effective youth strength programs are built upon club owner and strength coach Kjersten Bakke’s 15 years of experience in the strength and athletic performance industry.

We provide the strength foundation kids need to reach their athletic potential. Our comprehensive strength camps develop:

  • Increased strength and power
  • Improved coordination
  • Enhanced speed and agility
  • Improved flexibility and dynamic mobility
  • Greater balance and stability
  • Optimized functional movement patterns for injury prevention
  • Understanding of proper nutrition and nutrient timing

4-8 Week Training Camps

Youth athletes don’t have 16–24 weeks to devote to a comprehensive strength program like collegiate or professional athletes have.  Therefore, Hybrid has taken a unique approach and developed our youth training programs around 4 to 8 week training blocks, typically held over the summer months.  Each training block introduces new skills and challenges the athletes in different ways to ensure continuous development in muscle size, strength, power, and endurance.

Ongoing Kids Training Camps

To supplement our multi-week training camps, we also offer ongoing weekly and weekend classes to fit into the busy school year schedule of most student athletes. These classes will be tailored to various ages and skill level to both build foundational skills as well as improve upon already established strength, speed, agility, mobility, and power.

Individualized Training Plans

All of our camps and classes are designed to improve athletic performance across all ages, skill levels, and sports. However, our coaches will also work with individual athletes on a one-on-one or small group basis to tailor a program specifically to the athlete.

2019 CAMPS

Youth Strength and Power
  • June 17-Aug 14 (9 week program)
  • Ages 12-18
  • Monday and Wednesday 5-6 PM
  • Includes free T-shirt
  • Strength training programs and instruction designed for beginner and intermediate lifters.
  • $220
Girls Gone Strong – Group Strength Training
  • June 17-Aug 14 (9 week program)
  • Ages 12-18
  • Monday and Wednesday evenings 4-5 PM
  • Includes free T-shirt
  • Includes two talks by professional and collegiate female athletes about the positive impact athletics has had on their lives.
  • Nutrition seminar provided by Hybrid Athletic Club and Bakke Athletics owner, Kjersten Bakke, discussing the importance of proper nutrition to fuel performance.
  • Strength training programs and instruction designed for beginner and intermediate lifters.
  • $250
Elite Athletic Performance On boarding
  • Ages 15-18
  • Three consecutive days – offered throughout the summer. For upcoming dates please contact the club.
  • 9:30am
  • Conducted in small groups to ensure careful and individualized instruction
  • Designed to teach athletes the fundamental movement patterns and techniques required to participate in our Elite Athletic Performance Training
  • Includes full use of the gym on training days.
  • $125
Elite Athletic Performance Training
  • June 17-Aug 14 (9 week program)
  • 8:30am-9:30am
  • M,T, W, TH
  • Full access to Hybrid outside of group training hours
  • Free T-Shirt
  • 10% Discount on nutrition supplements critical for recovery and performance
  • Free nutrition consult with Kjersten Bakke to review current nutrition and receive modifications for performance

Semiprivate or Team Training
  • Upon request and several Hybrid coaches who have a variety of experience with different sport specific training techniques are available.
  • 3-10 athletes
  • $25 per person or $75 per team
